Free product support is included for 7 days from purchase. Product support covers questions about using the toolkit and its documents. It does not include legal advice or representation.

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PROVEIT GROUP LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or toolkit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

  1. Program Description: PROVEIT GROUP LLC sends informational text messages to individuals named as defendants in recently filed debt collection lawsuits, identified from public court records, about their case and the Prove It Toolkit. Recipients did not opt in to this program.
  2. Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. You may also opt out at /unsubscribe.
  3. Help: Reply HELP or email cambecejames15@gmail.com.
  4. Message Frequency: Low; at most a few messages per court case.
  5. Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
  6. Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  7. Do Not Call: Numbers are checked against the National and Florida Do Not Call lists before sending.
  8. Privacy: See our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.

This program follows applicable TCPA rules and CTIA messaging principles for opt-out handling.
